Hi, I’m Nancy, a Colorado native and Real Estate Consultant with The Key Team, helping buyers and investors across Denver’s northern metro area since 2016.

My path into real estate started behind the chair. For years I worked as a hairstylist, and one of my clients often talked about the rental properties he owned. The more I heard, the more curious I became about how real estate can build long-term wealth. That curiosity turned into a career, and I’ve never looked back.

Today I bring an investor’s mindset to every transaction. I’m a real estate investor myself, so I look at each home through the numbers: what it’s worth, what it could be worth, and whether it’s truly a good deal. That approach serves first-time buyers just as well as seasoned investors. You deserve someone who will run the numbers honestly, negotiate hard, and make sure your purchase makes sense today and years from now.

I work throughout Brighton, Commerce City, Hudson, Fort Lupton, Dacono, Frederick, and the surrounding northern metro communities. Whether you’re buying your first home, adding a rental to your portfolio, or still figuring out where to start, I’ll walk you through each step with clear advice and no pressure.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me on a Colorado hiking trail with my dog or spending time with my church community. I love this state and the people in it, and helping my neighbors find their place here is the best part of my job.

Let’s talk about your goals. I’d love to help you find the right home and the right deal.
