Well, hello there! I'm Kalisia, but you might know me as Key-Lisia, your Key Girl! And since this is my very first blog post, I figured we should get to know each other before we start talking about interest rates, inspections, and all that fun real estate stuff. 😂
I'm Colorado born and raised, LBGTQ proud, a wife, a very proud dog mom (yes, they're my children, and no, that's not up for debate 🐾), and someone who genuinely loves connecting with people.
I'm also a coffee lover, a HUGE fan of delicious food, and currently obsessed with spicy jam over cream cheese with crackers. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out. Trust me! (Thanks to my amazing cousin!)
So, how did I end up in real estate?
After spending over 15 years in hospitality, I realized something about myself: I love people. I love hearing their stories, building relationships, and being someone they can count on.
Real estate gives me the opportunity to take all of that and help people through some pretty exciting life changes. And believe me, I know buying or selling a home can feel like A LOT. That's why I'm big on keeping things simple, being honest, and making sure nobody feels silly for asking questions.
Where can you find me?
Besides a coffee shop or somewhere with really good food? 😂
You'll find me helping buyers and sellers throughout the Denver Metro area, especially Aurora, Green Valley Ranch, Brighton, Commerce City, Thornton, and surrounding communities.
I love our Colorado communities, and there's something special about helping someone find their place in them.

A little bit of everything! Real estate tips without the confusing jargon, local spots worth checking out, homeownership advice, market updates, and probably a few random things I think you should know.
My goal is to make this a place where you can learn something, laugh a little, and feel comfortable asking questions.
